I remember two months ago reading an article about the "new form" of Liposuction. It was called MesoTherapy/Lipodissolve. I first noticed it when the media was Britney Spears crazy and I came across an article. It was rumored that she was spotted in a Las Vegas branch of FIG, a body-sculpting company where is reportedly where she had her first injections.
LipoDissolve/Mesotherapy, originally is to be from Europe it has chemicals that are injected into you to "melt fat". It's crazy because unlike in the United States we have doctors and nurses doing the procedure on us, while in Europe people are buying the serum and needles and actually injecting themselves!
The main ingredients in this LipoDissolve/Mesotherapy "chemical" are PCDC, multivitamins, alpha lipid acid, enzymes and plant extracts, but it can vary depending on where you go. I researched about lipodissolve and noticed MANY cons, but I'm a very stubborn person, I have to try EVERYTHING at least once, and so I did... BAD IDEA.
It was a terrible idea, not only did I suffer the pain of being injected with a needle 50 times, I was swollen like a 7 month year old pregnant woman for 5 days, I probably lost about 10lbs but that was including diet and exercise! I could have done that on my own. I did not notice any changes in my shape or figure- I was losing weight but only because I kept peeing and passing bowel movements, which could have been done easily with diet pills. The nurse said I wouldn't see results until the third round of injections, so I went for about three more times. By the forth time, I gave up, the consequences of being swollen and punctured 50 times every two weeks were not worth the results. Eventually the Medical Spa I went to stopped doing LipoDissolve and Mesotherapy (And the nurse and doctor that did it no longer worked there) and the body-sculpting Britney Spears went to is being sued by many angry customers.
My suggestion for getting ANY type of cosmetic surgery visit wwww.realself.com.
Note: I didn't end up paying for the hell of LipoDissolve/Mesotherapy thank goodness, and I ended up getting Tumescent aka Super-Wet Liposuction which had great results and excellent recovery for me.
So ladies do your research and don't be stubborn like me! And in Kimora's words I give LipoDissolve a HELL TO THE NAW!
